This notice covers the venue search page on TuoPosto (tuoposto.it). The websites of individual venues have their own notice.
Free trial phase (beta)
TuoPosto is currently in a free trial phase (beta): the service offered to partner venues is free of charge during this phase. Unlike an already-commercialized product, TuoPosto may — in exceptional cases and for technical or organizational reasons — temporarily suspend the service, with advance notice when possible.
Data controller
The data controller for this page is TuoPosto. The information shown in the results (venue names, addresses, menus) is published by the venue managers.
Data we process
Search requires no account. If you enable “Near me”, your device position is sent to the server only to compute venue distances for that request and is never stored. Technical logs (IP address, date and time) are kept for security and abuse prevention, for the time strictly necessary.
Cookies
We use technical preference cookies (language and theme, always on) and, only with your consent given via the banner, analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics) for aggregate usage statistics. Your choice is stored in the technical cookie tp_consent (180 days), valid on tuoposto.it and its subdomains, and you can change it at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. No marketing cookies are active.
Your rights
You can exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) by writing to the contacts listed on tuoposto.it. For data published by venues, contact the venue manager directly.
